The doctrine
Most IVF clinics produce multiple embryos, select the best, and discard the rest. We don't. What begins, remains — every embryo that forms deserves a chance to become a life. We achieve this by working at the egg level: freeze eggs two at a time, fertilize only when the patient is ready to transfer, and transfer every viable embryo across sequential cycles.
Why two eggs at a time
Two eggs at a time is the minimal unit that honors our founding conviction: what begins, remains. If we freeze more, we risk creating embryos we cannot transfer without violating the doctrine. Two preserves optionality without generating a backlog — enough for one complete transfer cycle, no surplus sitting frozen indefinitely, no difficult decisions about embryos no one intends to transfer.
PGT-A as information, not a discard filter
Preimplantation genetic testing gives information about chromosomal status. We share every result transparently with the patient. The patient decides what to transfer. We never use PGT-A results to automatically discard an embryo. That decision belongs to the patient, fully informed, never under commercial pressure.
